Active Fin Roll Stabilization systems revolutionized the seaworthiness of vessels of all types throughout the world. However, when problems arise with the stabilizers, creative solutions need to be employed to repair them or extract them without taking a vessel out of service.

In place repairs can be done to the fins themselves or to the roll systems to ensure long term reliable operation without requiring a vessel to be taken out of the water. Cofferdams or specialty enclosures can be installed to create dry environments for seal or other component repairs.
