Kent Grass

VP / GM

Kent Grass has been a part of the Maritime Industry since 1984, as one of the founding members and co-owners of All-Sea Underwater Solutions. With the acquisition of All-Sea in March 2017, Kent joined Subsea Global Solutions as the Vice President and General Manager for the Northeast North America region. A life long resident of Saint John, New Brunswick, Canada, where he resides with his wife Stacey, Kent has set precedent as an industry leader for his entire career. He was a part of the very first underwater stern seal repair completed in the world, and was the first Canadian to receive his Class A certified Wet Welding certification from Hydroweld USA. Kent has sat on the advisory board for Holland College's Diving Program, on the Industry Advisory Board for WorkSafeNB, and is on the Board of Directors for the Canadian Association of Diving Contractors. Kent remains active in the local community – he is the past president of the Saint John Business Club, was recently nominated to sit on the Board of Governors of his alma matter, Rothesay Netherwood School, and is Chairman of the Board for Shining Horizons Therapeutic Riding Association – a cause near and dear to his heart. A former rugby and hockey player, Kent remains an avid sports fan to this day. In his spare time, he takes care of Driftwood Farms – his property where all the therapeutic riding program horses are stabled. When he needs to relax and clear his head, he takes off to the family cottage at Shampers Bluff, a beautiful and scenic spot on the Saint John River.
